Client Portal by MWG

The Client Portal is where current members of the plan can go to access their ID Card, Payment Information, Claims Information, and other information pertaining to their policy.

Portal Features

1. The Client Portal allows members to download their member ID card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. There is also a feature that allows it to be emailed directly to the provider.
2. The Client Portal is also where you can go to change your payment information. We take credit card or ACH for payment.
3. The Client Portal will also allow you to view or download your EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) online. It will show you if the claim has been received, in processing, or if it has been paid.
   1. You can sort by all members or choose just dependents.
   2. It allows sorting by 30, 60, 90 days or All Time
